Qld state school staff call for more support

More than one in five Queensland state school staff say they lack overall support, have poor staff morale and don’t have enough help to manage their workloads, a new statewide survey has revealed.

It comes as one Brisbane school reports a boost in staff morale, work-life balance, and retention since implementing a flexible, shortened weekly teaching timetable.
