Early-learning groups say they know why NAPLAN flatlined

Totally agree that attending a high-quality early childhood program in the year before school provides an opportunity to identify and treat needs i.e. Speech, articulation etc and provides students with a great springboard. Staff can also educate parents on the importance of conversing with their children and activities they can do at home such as patterning, rhyming, classifying and describing attributes of objects etc
