When my PR agency recently handled a coronavirus crisis on behalf of one of our school clients, we took around 50 calls from journalists on the first day alone. Thankfully, because we’d already prepared for this scenario as a possibility, we were able to free up everyone’s time, meaning we could all focus on the tasks that mattered.
