  1. Exploring and developing the so called soft skills need to start in high school. One way to do this is to provide a space for students to explore capabilities and learn to articulate what they mean in reality and build evidence over time. This can be done by using a platform that students can use to document their ideas and evidence. Of course, students have to be given the space in the curriculum to do this and teachers need to model and support students to collect their evidence. Not all students will be interested, however, senior secondary school students could be introduced to the LinkedIn platform.
The design of the curriculum is also important. Teaching as telling is not going to help them, inquiry learning activities will be the place where they can build their capabilities.
