Growing up, Josie*, 32, dreamed of being a marine biologist. Always a water baby, she learned to swim at 18 months of age. After that, it was hard to get her out of the water. Dolphins were her favourite animal. As she entered her teenage years, her passion switched to an edgier sea creature - the shark.
