Three Islamic schools receive funding reprieve, one awaits decision

Three of the six Islamic schools forced to justify their receipt of Commonwealth funding have been given the all-clear to continue receiving federal money, while a fourth is still awaiting a decision, the education minister, Simon Birmingham, confirmed. The two other schools had earlier been stripped of their government funding.
