  1. Qld is experiencing a teacher shortage crisis, conditions for teachers are at an all-time low, staff are leaving this profession in droves. The minister has some gall to try and guilt trip teachers into being the lowest paid in Australia. I would be interested to know what percent the ministers pay rise percentage is and his cronies. How about he comes and shadows some teachers in the most challenging schools. See what teachers face on a daily basis. This is not just about money this is about attracting people to a job which in this current climate is not very attractive.
