Impact for students with disabilities unclear

The thrust of the Gonski review’s formula for funding disadvantaged students, including those with a disability, is fairly straightforward. Take the schooling resource standard, a base amount, and add to it a loading, an additional amount, to reflect the cost of countering the disadvantage.
