Using the keyboard will greatly enhance your DjVu viewing experience. Press "P" to fit the whole page to your screen size. Press "W" to fit the page width to your screen size. Press "1", "2" or "3" to zoom in to 100%, 200% or 300%. |
I press a key and nothing happens? |

Use the mouse cursor to click on the page you are viewing, and then press a key. The window must have the 'focus' to register the key press. |
I click 'view full screen' or a link in the publication and nothing happens? |

Clicking 'view full screen' or clicking a link in the publication opens up a new window. You may have 'popup blocking' software installed such as the google search bar. Enable popups and try again. |
I browse the publication, then click 'view full screen' and it displays a different page? |

The viewer only remembers the page you selected when you first started browsing. So if you select a section from the tree or click on a search result, that will be the page that is displayed when you click 'view full screen'.
Go to the full screen mode, as soon as you click a section to start from. |
I click on a link in the publication and it comes up with an error? |

You would be amazed at the number of websites that are published in print that don't actually exist! Realview Technologies checks that each link is a valid web address, but does not check that the site actually exists. Contact the publisher to report the dead link. |
